I match individuals to become part of the Express Scripts’ talent community, in order to fill open positions in support of the organization’s mission to improve lives by making medicine safer, more affordable and accessible for the 83 million patients we serve. Additionally, I partner with our hiring leaders on all aspects of the hiring process, providing insight on prospect market data, aligning recruiting strategies, and providing new sources of diverse talent to business groups that span corporate functions throughout the organization. I also have the honor of being a point of contact for the military community. This passion for assisting my brothers and sisters in uniform and their family members comes from the 22 plus years of proudly serving in the Army and now being in a position where I can pay it forward.
