I have been in the P&C claim industry in progressive leadership roles (including Vice President, Assistant Vice President, State Manager and Regional Manager) for over 30 years, overseeing upwards of 100 employees and $1.5 billion in annual exposures. Areas of leadership include Workers Compensation, General Liability, Auto Liability, Auto Damage, Litigation, and Director of Operations. I also have experience as a trainer and an independent consultant. I have an MBA with a specialization in Strategic Planning. I also hold a specialization in Executive Data Science, while having completed additional certifications in Change Management and Big Data. Current educational pursuits include Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Machine Learning and Python programming. I am also passionate about my role as a diversity hiring and recruitment executive lead.
