Licensed Senior Reactor Operator and Operations Supervisor responsible for all aspects of nuclear power plant operation at a 1268 MWE General Electric BWR-4-Supervise and direct 3 Reactor Operators, 7 Equipment Operators, Radwaste Operator, Shift Chemistry Technician, and Shift Radiation Protection Technicians -Qualified as Incident Assessor-Frequently recognized for ability to coordinate the efforts of multiple departments in the successful completion of Work Week activities.-Operations department representative for the station Emergency Diesel Generator Performance Team and Operator Work Around Board.-Serve as the Refueling Outage Electrical Evolution Team Lead responsible for planning and execution of work on the station electrical distribution system.-Qualified as Shift Manager.Operations Work Week Coordinator responsible for work week planning and execution. Work with planning scheduling, controls and mechanical maintenance to develop the work schedule for implementation. Review and approve Work Clearance Documents (Lockout/Tagout) to ensure a safe boundary for scheduled work.-Outage planning for Operations department. Attend outage scoping meetings as the Operations representative, review work packages to evaluate for Lockout/Tagout requirements, incorporate lessons learned from previous refueling outages into future planning. Work with planning and scheduling to develop system work window schedules.

Licensed Reactor Operator responsible for startup, shutdown, operation and monitoring of the Hope Creek Generating Station.-Direct the field actions of Nuclear Equipment Operators and support departments.-Prepare Lockout/Tagout documents for workweek and refueling activities.-Perform testing of equipment in support of station operation and refueling.
