Since working KHS&S Contractors and CBC Contractors in various capacities, working with Perry Roofing from 2008 to 2015 helped me realize my skill set works best in estimating. Each year with Perry was more successful than the last as far as number of sold profitable jobs and total revenue. In 2015 I make the jump back to general construction as I was hired by BBI Construction as their senior estimator. In April of 2016, I was hired as a new estimator at Charles Perry Partners, Inc.Specialties: OSHA 30 hour card, forklift certification, Florida public notary, proficient with computer programs such as Excel, Word, Power Point, Prolog, ComputerEase, WinEst, and Bluebeam. Experience estimating LEED or Green Globes projects.
