Started Dirtnap Records as a hobby in early 2000, been doing it as a full time job since late 2002. Starting from nothing, with extremely minimal education/funding/training, I've released over 120 records from some of the best punk rock bands ever, and represent/have represented literally some of my favorite artists of all time. I also own Green Noise Records, a store/online mailorder that specializes in the same style of music that I release on my label. We distribute about 8000 titles to fellow music obsessives all over the world!I admit that I don't always take working in the business world all that seriously/reverently. One of the reasons I run a business is to avoid having to work in the world of business! With every year that goes by without my having to seek gainful employment, I really feel like I am getting away with something major. It' seriously mind-bogglingly awesome.

Did international sales and distribution. Helped labels set up sub-distribution deals, primarily in Europe. Facilitated relations with about 20 record labels, helped with tour merchandise logistics, etc.
