I am an accomplished trial attorney with extensive experience successfully handling litigations, arbitrations and mediations in state and federal courts and before FINRA and other self-regulatory organizations. My practice is concentrated on commercial litigation, real estate related disputes and securities litigation and arbitration. I began my career as an assistant district attorney in Middlesex County, Massachusetts. Prior to joining Klein, Coté & Edwards, LLC, in Aspen, Colorado in 2011, I practiced for more than a decade at Snow Becker Krauss, P.C., a law firm in New York City, where I was a long-time shareholder and a member of the firm’s litigation department. While living in New York, I also taught as a member of the faculty of the National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA) Intensive Trial Techniques Program at Hofstra Law School. In addition to the state courts of Colorado, I am admitted to practice before the state courts of New York and Massachusetts and the United States Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States District Courts for the District of Colorado, the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and for the District of Massachusetts. I am a graduate of the American University Washington College of Law (J.D. 1993, cum laude, Order of the Barristers) and Emory University (B.A. 1988).
