Supervise employees in various manufacturing process. These include CNC, brake press, wire bending, tube bending, robot welding, and assembly.

Responsible for daily shipments, inventory control and accuracy.Utilized CMI/Intermec inventory system on daily basis.Coordinated production scheduling on weekly basis.Maintained FIFO stock rotationOversaw fork lift operators and ensured they were doing their correctly.Oversaw implementation and application of CMI inventory system for the powder coat division.

Was production supervisor for 2nd shift crew of approximately 20-25 people. Was responsible to make sure production was ran in timely manner, based on schedules provided. Ensured personnel was properly trained.

Started out on the racking line as a general laborer. Held priority positions in the Powder Room, Powder Coat Lab, and line leader.
