My role and responsibilities include both Product Management and Development functions. Managing both functions is challenging, however, it also has benefit in that it strengthens the communication and interaction between the management and development aspects of the business.Product Management:My product management responsibilities include : defining the product feature/functions, pricing/margin, inventory levels, forecasting, new product definition/roadmap, business case analysis, and competitive analysis. I also create product specifications, user guides, sales presentations, etc. I support sales by providing Subject Matter expertise on our products and technical related topics.Product Development:My product development responsibilities include: management of product development staff, project management, budget tracking, priority/time management, interface to 3rd party development relationships, and deliver quality products on time within cost targets.I have a passion for all things technical and problem solving. My goal is to create a collaborative work environment that balances product management, development, sales and marketing.
