As Director of Development for Dolce Hotels and Resorts I was responsible for creating the design standards for the company, creating space planning services to ensure the renovations and new build projects met the specific requirements of Dolce and represent the owner in construction and design matters. Working closely with the owners, architects, designers and Dolce Hotels and Resorts ensured that each project met the Dolce standards from design to FF&E and OS&E selection. Project scheduling and budgeting as well as value engineering were essential skills for this position.

This was a "New Build" Condominium Hotel project consisting of 471 total room, 26,000 sf of conference space, 13,000 sf of exhibit space and a 17,000 sf spa. The resort is of Swiss influence built to Mobi 4-Star and AAA 4-Diamond standard. I arrived on the project one year before opening and wroked closely with construction management regarding quality standards and operational logistics. We developed sales initiatives that resulted in 11,000 group bookiings prior to opening.

As Regional Area Director, I oversaw operations for multiple properties in the west. As well as overseeing sales and operations for all western properties, I led the led the transition team for the Hayes Manision in 2003. I was accountable for sales and marketing performance, developing strategic plans, annual budgets, guests and associate quality initiatives.

As General Manager of Skamania Lodge, I directed the Strategic and Tactical Teams. WE successfully increased the value of hte resort from our initial building price in 1993 of $26,000,000 to $60,000,000 in 2005. We achieved this by focusing on top line sales and operating efficiencies.
