Received all Accounts Payable invoices, checked pricing against our purchase order. Changed pricing accordingly or called vendor to let them know their pricing was not what our purchase order required.Entered all invoices into our computer system making sure we would get the appropriate discounts.Communicated with the warehouse and did physical inventories on the items that did not match in the computer on a daily basis.Analyzed the purchase order report and called all vendors that we had outstanding purchase orders with. I had them give me a ship date and I would note it in the system.Built Excel spreadsheets to analyze year over year sales to our 100 top customers which included sales, margin, and profit including the percentage we were up or down.Ensured all warranty parts were taken care of by the vendor. Made written policies for the company to follow. Built an Excel spreadsheet that included a snap shop of our warranty shelf, what was on the shelf, what vendor I contacted and what the last action was. Cleaned up and maintained all water heater warranties. Built policy and procedures to make an accurate account for them in the future.Ensured accounts receivables were up to date and called to arrange a payment schedule.Sent all purchase orders out to vendors, made sure we received a confirmation from vendor then attached the confirmation to every purchase order. Double checked all pricing and if there was a discrepancy I would call the vendor.
