Take charge for LPKF micron line laser machine etc product sales and market development in south China.Managed the shenzhen office and the team building.

Routine sales and technical supports on dry film and photo tool etc. Winned Dupont IT BU" lightening strike awards" in the year 2002 because of the excellent performance on new client. Took part in the six sigma program on the ENIG dry film and gained this segmentation market.
