Since working back within the local authority environment for a year, I had been with Ridge LLP in Winchester since July 2016. With a role to develop a strong Transport Development Planning team and expand our client base to develop the business. Certainly an interesting and challenging role within a progressive multi disciplinary consultancy.

As of the 15th June 2015 I retrun to the UK to undertake a fresh challenge in running my own consultancy. I have formed NF Transport Planning Consultants with a view to working with both the public and private sector clients proving experienced advice and support particularly in the area of development planning. Initially, I have accepted an opportunity to provide consultancy support to Hampshire County Council in relation to development control and scheme implementation.

To provide transport planning support to development planning applications including; feasibility assessments; transport assessments/statements;Travel Plans; planning appeals; LDF Submissions; and negotiations on planning conditions and Section 106 Agreements. Also providing Development Control support to local authority.

To provide County Council, as local highway authority, responses to Strategic Planning Applications to the Local Planning Authority as part of the formal consultation process incorporating negotiations on financial contributions secured by 106 Agreements. Role included liaison and negotiations with Highways Agency, local councils, local planning authorities, stakeholders, councillors and members of the public. Planning Appeals and LDF consultations with attendance at Public Inquiries.
