CurrentManaging network and server infrastructure and providing ICT support services to both the staff and students in large ICT based learning environments. Technical support and assistance with AD, hyper-v, file servers, proxy servers, print servers, LAN/WAN/Intranets, desktop/laptop hardware, educational apps & software, outlook E-mail supports, backup & security, remote management services for both laptops and iPads. Contributing to the ongoing ICT strategy, design, and implementations by departmental applications & technology roll-outs for one or multiple schools.
