My career has been filled with extensive server and network experience. I started working with Microsoft Windows Servers with NT 3.51, Citrix Winframe, and then began working on Cisco network equipment, including most models of switches, routers, firewalls and wireless. I also have worked with equipment from Foundry, F5, and Juniper along the way. I have attained the following certifications along my career path - MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer), CCA (Citrix Certified Admin), and CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate).In addition to servers and network hardware I have worked with several software vendors extensively including Solarwinds, Microsoft, RSA, Interactive Intelligence, Genesys, Calabrio, FreePBX, and RHEL. I have also maintained Tier1-3+ datacenter mechanicals and operations. Over the last 20 years I also have managed vendor relationships with Level3, CenturyLink, AT&T, CDW, HBS, and many others. I have also scoped, designed, and implemented many large technical projects including new facilities, migrating voice infrastructure from TDM to SIP, SIP trunking, hardware lifecycle refresh, PCI certification, audits, and software upgrades.I enjoy working with people and encourage them to take on new challenges to diversify their personal and career experience.
