Oversees the planning, preparation, and execution of the community’s outreach programs and quarterly retreats to promote community welfare and spiritual growth with the Lasallian Core Values of Faith, Service, and Communion at its center. Also, led the latest edition of the community’s Constitution and By-Laws and established the handbooks for its two sub-committees to guide future leaders.

Leads the annual membership recruitment and collaborates with senior officers in developing HR strategies to promote member welfare and productivity to ensure that the members are aligned with the vision of the organization.

Served as an active alumni facilitator who guided community members to organize quarterly retreats for DLSU-D Senior High School students to inspire them to live by the Lasallian Core Values.

Collaborated with five beauty and lifestyle brands with over 10,000 reaches to strategically plan, conceptualize, and copywrite its monthly Instagram posts to increase organic engagements and sales from the brands’ target market.

Guided a close-knit community of 50 senior high school students, including 7 leaders in the Executive Board by establishing an encouraging work environment and maintaining positive connections with the school administration. Closely monitored the award-winning project LDS Symposium, which produced 6 articles and 5 podcast episodes in 7 months. Implemented regular training for monthly participation in local and international debate tournaments, to boost members’ social awareness and involvement in political issues.
