I have a diverse background of senior executive level Supply Chain and Business leadership positions as well as global experience working across North America, China, and Asia Pacific. I have proven to be a key leader in Schneider Electric’s award-winning supply chain transformation and mission.In 2018 I returned from China following a 3-year assignment of leading the factories and supply chains for multiple business units. Upon return to the U.S., I was promoted to SVP North America Supply Chain responsible for over 35 factories, 6 distribution centers, and over 18,000 employees. Leading this supply chain through the global pandemic while supporting record growth for Schneider Electric was one of the most challenging and rewarding experiences of my career. In my tenure, my team successfully deployed several new factories to support record growth for Schneider Electric, at the same time leading the transformation to be more agile and resilient for our customers. As a part of an Impact Company, this supply chain has been instrumental in supporting sustainable operations in North America, garnering recognition in Sustainability by the Manufacturing Leadership Council in 2022 and contributing to the 2021 Most Sustainable Company recognition from Corporate Knights. Early 2023 I was ready for a new challenge and transitioned into a new role as SVP Internet Giants for Schneider Electric North America. This is one of the top growth areas of our business and incorporates management of several VIP Gold customers. In September 2023 we announced the grand opening of a new state of the art factory to support the Generative AI super cycle upon us now that is driving unprecedented new demand for Internet Giant customers across the world.
