CurrentOversees and implements all processes, procedures and strategic plans related to sales, marketing, purchasing, planning, shipping & receiving and information technology. Oversees outside representation: processes, commissions and reporting. Performs the duties as needed to ensure strong sales, customer support., order processing, purchasing, planning, material handling, shipping & receiving procedures, and personnel. Implements and manages all IT processes. Monitors and modifies CRM and ERP software modules as needed. Responsible for the management of trade shows, advertising projects, catalog, CRM package, and web-site. Responsible for the delegation of marketing related work in the sales department. Directs photo shoots and graphic illustrations in creation of new artwork and marketing material. Coordinates all advertising efforts by working with outside agencies. Aide in the development of Corporate Strategy. Must act and enforce the goals and values set forth by the Executive Team. Performs other duties as directed.
