I have been involved in the Construction Industry for over 33 years as a Senior Project Manager and Senior Estimator. I received my Bachelor of Architecture degree from LSU in 1982 and have been an active member in the local American Institute of Architects (AIA) as an Associate Member as well as the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) (Served as President in 1998). Some of the notable projects I have managed over the years include the Aquarium of the Americas in New Orleans (30 million), the Baton Rouge Federal Courthouse (20.6 million), Lafayette Prison (15.8 million), River Parishes Community College (18.5 million), Automation upgrades for the U.S. Bulk Mail Centers in nine states from Seattle, WA to Atlanta, GA (totaling over 34 million combined), and numerous schools in East Baton Rouge Parish, Ascension Parish, St. Tammany Parish, and LSU school projects ranging from 4 million to 13 million. I have completed many other projects including office and medical facilities, restaurants, banks, hotels, and Fed-Ex Distribution Centers. I enjoy being involved in all facets of the construction industry in working closely with our clients, owners, and architects. In all my years, all projects have been completed on schedule with a firm commitment to safety and quality throughout the entire project.
