Visit constuction sites peridocally , review status of project in conjunction with the plans and specifications. Meet with owner and contractor to review status of project. Review and assist architects, owners , engineers and contractors in find best solution to construction issues. Review and approve payment requests for processing. Inform design teams of construction related details that need revising for better effectivness in the field

Owner/ Architectes representaive during construction and renovation periods of a project. Deal with Contractors questions and issues, coordinate with Mechanical,Electrical, Plumbing consultanst all field zand construction issues. Keep owner/client informed and up to date on stauts of construvction project. Lokk for any potential issues that would possibly impact construction. Review payments for contractors, reiew and approve any cost related issues due to unknow conditions.

Field representative review construction progress with owners and contractors, and engineers. Resolve all field related issues conflects between, drawings, specifications, and actual field conditions. Review and process progress payments, any change directives and cost related changes. Make substantial and final acceptance inspections, for project turnover , eithe by phase or total completion.
