Assist with employment tests when needed. Pre-screens applicants for ongoing, high-volume positions to maintain applicant flow and sufficient number of candidates in the recruiting pipeline to meet hiring goals..• Ensures completeness and accuracy of candidate records and orders pre-employment background checks (driving, criminal record, employment/education verifications) and post-offer pre-employment physicals.
