1. Human Factor: We focused on visual management, which can make process more simple and intuitive for users. Safety and Foolproof are critical parts we care, so we try to simplify the process of works, which can reduce the risk of industrial accidents.2. Process Optimization: We use LEAN tools to identify the bottleneck points of each station, then eliminate the root cause of the problem. Also, we use movement and time study, which formulate standards to help line balance in shop floor.3. Training: The internal LEAN improvement mindset is localized and continuous. We pursued improvement for leadership and labors.
