• Implement and manage ERP known as Ariba Buyer for Global Indirect Procurement Solutions Projects such as new solutions releases and system upgrade for Ariba Buyer system. Manage from end to end implementation start with System technical analysis and evaluation, business requirements gathering, system integration testing (SIT), customer acceptance testing (CAT), system training coordination, change management coordination, system implementation and post-implementation transition to Global Procurement Operation team.• Leading Ariba Supplier Network (ASN) enablement in Motorola Purchasing system to enable users to access to supplier’s server and pull back the purchasing items back to Motorola Purchasing system to issue purchase orders to suppliers. • Leading Entity Merger, New Company Acquisition and Divestiture projects on system implementation. • Managing indirect purchasing commodities in system to support Global Category Managers and Regional Country Procurement Managers sourcing strategies and initiatives. • Develop and maintain ASP web applications and Purchasing Portal to support global purchasing solutions and strategies. • Develop interactive training materials with voice integrated to support global purchasing solutions and strategies. • Preparing indirect procurement spends and saving reports to Global Category Managers, Regional Country Procurement Managers and Account Payable team.
