Was one of 6 I&E technicians at the Birchwood power facility in King George VA. Was one of several systems integrators serving the Micron Semiconductor production facility in Manassas Virginia. Responsibilities included the integration of new Hazardous production materials equipment into the Hazardous Production Materials SCADA and Chemical/Gas SCADA systems. These SCADA systems contained multiple servers and had approximately 20000 and 50000 tags respectively. This process included but was not limited to: Setting up drivers, creating tags and tag groups, creating screens, creating trends, setting up alarms and paging, setting up Ethernet communications, keeping track of other contractors and the client and performing the Final Acceptance Test for the associated equipment. Most of these pieces of equipment contain PLC’s from GE, Siemens or Modicon. *Was responsible for the maintenance of these systems which included: trouble shooting SCADA & PLC problems, upgrading older systems and yearly testing the associated equipment. *Key software packages used in integration were Intellution Ifix SCADA software, Lonworks, Proworks, Cimplicity Machine edition & Maximo

Was one of 6 I&E technicians responsible for all electrical equipment and instrumentation at the Lorton VA 80 Megawatt waste to energy power plant.
