I am passionate about learning. More to the point, I am passionate about helping others to learn.I believe that:• There are few absolutes- learning is always about context• Application is everything- models are great ways to help us think in new ways but thinking alone is not enough• Challenge is important- whether this is about beliefs and assumptions or just seeing things from a different perspectiveI have long realised that the biggest barrier to success is usually in our own heads. My approach, therefore, focuses on individuals as well as organisation. I have been a consultant and facilitator for many years. I specialise in leadership, management and personal effectiveness, change management. I am also an experienced coach.I have a long background in training design and have run the CIPD trainer training qualifications. Throughout my career, I have been at the forefront of creating truly blended learning that incorporates the best approaches. I am therefore comfortable in any learning environment, whether that be a face to face programme, an online digital event or an action learning set.I have worked across all sectors and levels and have lead projects in Russia, Bulgaria, Ukraine, Romania, Italy, Kosovo, Pakistan, Hungary and the Czech Republic. Projects have included advising on the setting up of training functions and training in modern design principles.I am licenced to work with a number of tools and psychometrics, including MBTI, Firo-B, Dimensions (Talent Q) and Team Management Systems (Margerison-McCann).I am also an accredited Clear Leadership facilitator (Gervase Bushe)
