As Chief Product Officer of Treasury Services (2020 - 2023), I led the product delivery organization for five revenue collections business lines the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland operates on behalf of the U.S. Department of Treasury. I also served as a Chief Advisor to the President of FRB Cleveland as she assumed responsibility as Chair of the Federal Reserve System’s Payments Committee. More recently, I’ve led a variety of strategic payments research and engagement initiatives.

Head of Fedwire Funds, Fedwire Securities, and National Settlement Services on behalf of the Federal Reserve System. As Faster Payments Strategist, led the Federal Reserve Faster Payment Task Force's effort to develop, approve, and publish criteria for the evaluation of faster payment capabilities in the United States. Chaired the Future Payments Team, a body established to lead research and analysis in support of Federal Reserve System's initiative to improve the payments system in the United States. Was lead author for the Federal Reserve's Strategies for Improving the Payment System Paper (Jan 2015) and the Federal Reserve's Consultation Paper for improving the payment system in the United States (Sep 2013).

Senior examiner (Central Point of Contact) responsible for the supervision of CLS Bank, a large foreign exchange settlement utility. Prior to that, was the Liquidity Risk Team Leader in Bank Supervision - responsible for managing a team of bank examiners who conducted liquidity examinations in the payments and Treasury areas of financial institutions. Prior to that, managed a team of analysts responsible for evaluating the creditworthiness of Federal Reserve Bank of NY counterparties and for administering and enforcing the Federal Reserve's Payment System Risk Policy for financial institutions that maintained accounts at the Fed.
