- Create structural substantiations to support STC, LSTC, and 8110-3 Type Approvals for Completion Packages of Bombardier Aircraft (CL605, CL850, and Global Airframes).- Analysis methods include classic hand calculations using Bruhn, Niu, Flabel, Roarks, etc and Finite Element Analysis using FEMAP v 10.3 or higher with NX Nastran 7.- Substantiations include: interior cabinetry structure and installation with both metallic and composite structure, primary structural modifications, major and minor primary structural repairs.- Aid structural engineers with preliminary design phases, including monument design, repairs to composite structures and OEM airframe structure, and interior layouts.- Structural testing for both company verification and FAA A/B-Basis Allowable Testing. Includes writing test plans, designing the test setup and samples, performing the tests, and reporting the results.- Create Weight and Balance Reports for Bombardier 605, 850, and Global 5000/6000 Aircraft. Reports include Interior Estimates, Weight and Balance Completed Reports, Flight Loading Reports and Weight Data Collection. - Create Decompression analysis utilizing tools developed in-house and lead the effort in generating baseline decompression reports used across multiple Bombardier and Global product lines.- Perform Damage Tolerance Analysis with AFGROW v4.0.1 for crack growth, fatigue failure, and fracture prediction on primary structural members.- Support efforts in analysis and report generation for Boeing 737 Business Jets in collaboration with Jet Aviation Basel.

- Create 3D designs on CATIA v5 of interior cabinetry for BBJ Packages- Provide liaison support and coordination to final flight of project.

- Create extensive 3D designs in a PLM environment on CATIA V5 of aircraft interior furnishings and secondary structural attachments for Falcon 7X Packages.- Draft 2D layouts for both exterior and interior placards and floor plan layouts in compliance with certification requirements and regulations under EU-OPS and FAR part 25.- Assist in improving efficiency of parts database and greatly increasing reusability by creating collector spreadsheets utilized facility wide.- Provide liaison support for production along with flight line issues.
