I worked with hardware vendors on the configuration and deployment of solutions into data centres and remote locations working with different stakeholders to deploy infrastructure projects on schedule and within budget. For project planning I collaboratively provided input to the lead Project Manager (PM) as the technical PM. We jointly developed the project plan schedule and dependencies to deploy projects on time.My background in Disaster Recovery (DR) projects range from developing the solution right through to build, document and running a DR drill to support yearly drills. I also incorporated ongoing projects that have a DR requirement that needed to integrate into existing DR drills. My experience gives me the background to understand the overall scope of a project and interact with the broader teams to add cohesiveness to a successful team outcome.
