Previously, as a Director, Divisional Loan Manager for Marcus & Millichap Capital Corp., Branch Manager for Flagstar Bank, and as a Senior Director of Secondary Lending for Fremont Bank, Ken has structured and funded over $15.3 billion in commercial and residential mortgages. Ken possesses extensive knowledge and expertise in the financial markets, construction, interim,mezzanine, permanent, agency, bridge and equity for both refinance and purchase transactions as well as equity recapitalization.After graduating Ken served his country in the United States Air Force as a Sr. Airman at Whiteman AFB, MO. Ken has held both a series 63 and 7 license under Merrill Lynch, and currently holds a license from the California Bureau of Real Estate.As a married father of three, Ken still finds time to remain active in both the California Association of Mortgage Brokers, ICSC as well as the Mortgage Brokers Association of America.
