Kenneth T. Kerner has been practicing law since 1989 and specializes in civil litigation, with a special emphasis on medical malpractice, tort liability, contracts and employment law.Mr. Kerner has litigated hundreds of cases to successful conclusion on behalf of his clients, and has obtained substantial verdicts and settlements in the various trial courts throughout the State of New York. He is also admitted to practice law and appear before the Southern and Eastern Federal District Courts of New York, and the U.S. Supreme Court. He’s also a panel member of the NYC Bar Association Legal Referral Service.Mr. Kerner graduated with honors from Syracuse University in 1986 with a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Economics. He is a member of Sigma Phi Epsilon national fraternity. Mr. Kerner attended Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctor degree in 1989.
