With 28 years in the insurance industry, I have strong insurance carrier experience leading underwriting and sales teams in both personal and commercial lines operations. I have successfully led significant P&L, multi-million budgets, and a cross-functional team of more than 300. I have also had the opportunity to lead and be involved in several company reorganizations.The industry has blessed me with a diverse set of opportunities in multiple parts of the country. I recently led the sales and marketing team with Encompass, a division of Allstate, which focused on expanding distribution points throughout the country as well as increasing our partnership with national accounts. My passion focuses on developing talent by providing an entrepreneurial environment so that talent can develop, be accountable for their own success and feel connected to the results.
