Develop and manage internal and external communications for Anthem’s Medicare Value Based Programs. Collect voice of the customer feedback to directly influence program design, program roadmaps, and program communication strategy. Perform complex market and competitive analysis, engage Anthem cross functional teams and SMEs to support messaging strategy regarding the roll out and enhancement of Value Based Payment concepts. Help connect dots between Anthem’s Medicare Value Based Program goals and other Anthem capabilities to tell a “single threaded story”. Develop and design processes and systems that support business needs. Lead special projects/initiatives.

Tampa/St. Petersburg, Florida Area

Accountable for all aspects of implementation, account management and benefit realization of Medicare Provider Collaboration arrangements in the Southeast US. Key responsibilities: identifying and recruiting large physician groups and hospital systems for Medicare collaboration arrangements; negotiating quality based collaboration agreements including shared risk arrangements; coordinating cross functional teams to support engagement activities; developing growth strategies to increase membership.

National

Responsible for oversight and project managing Medicare provider network for the UnitedHealthcare Community & State (fka: Americhoice) Dual Special Needs Plans (SNP) nationally. Responsibilities include managing relationships between UnitedHealthcare Networks, UnitedHealthcare Medicare & Retirement (fka Ovations) and UnitedHealthcare Community & State, national oversight of Dual SNP Medicare network strategies and business planning, and monitoring existing Dual SNP network performance.

National

Responsible for oversight and project managing of the development of government products healthcare network. Responsibilities include acting as liaison between UnitedHealthcare Network management departments and Ovations business segments, presenting the Ovations products to hospitals and large physician groups, preparing applications for product filings to CMS, performing analytics to identify appropriate network development strategies, and management of network staff.
