I am an entrepreneur at heart and passionate in technology & business development. I have been involved in a number of start-ups and buyouts in my 20+ years career. Co-founded and a former CEO of CBSA Berhad (renamed to Panpages Berhad), a public firm listed on the Stock Exchange of Malaysia. The company grew from 11 staff in 2004 to employing more than 900 people in 2013. My career began in Australia in 1990. In the ensuing years, I have worked with various companies including multi-national companies such as; IBM Australia, IBM Malaysia, Softbank and CNL International Technologies. Over the course of my vocation, I traveled extensively and worked in diverse cultures, with customers and partners from around the world.Regularly invited speaker for the Internet of Things (IoT) and RFID conferences in Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand & Australia. Founding member of the International RFID Business Association (RFIDba) and served as the Managing Director of the Malaysia Chapter of the RFIDba, a non-profit organisation, representing a diverse, global community of end-users and systems integrators.
