About Ken Leong

Ken is currently the Project Director for Asiabina’s agriculture vertical where he oversees multiple large scale durian plantations. His duties include leading on viability assessments, partnerships, operations, sales, and downstream expansion.Previously, Ken was a management consultant for over ten years working on projects related to Portfolio Development & Strategy, HR Transformation, Restructuring, and Operations Optimisation. He has supported clients within Power & Utilities, Healthcare, and Oil & Gas in Europe and South East Asia. Ken guided a number of teams and also managed senior client relationships, focusing not only on delivery but also business development.He was also the Head of Strategy & Partnerships for a major Foundation in Malaysia. As part of this role, he developed a roadmap for the pillars of the foundation - Education, Community Development, Environment, and Arts. He also led a digital learning initiative during the Covid-19 pandemic, partnering with key ministries and major corporations.
