Heading on China’s commercial team and responsible for China’s potential commercial projects within China as well as project’s analysis, market research, positioning, calculation, and development management. Additionally also involve HK’s the leasing team which brings creative information and new brands corporation opportunities from China into HK market.

- Brand Curation for the group ( commercial proejcts overall )- Pre-Leasing R&D- Mainly focuses on Guangzhou city commercial projects (incl: TaikooHui Culture Center 70000sqm, Nongjiangsuo Project 60000sqm and Nansha Project 500000sqm)- work out commercial plan- overall proejcts preliminary planning (positioning, designs, projects, budgets etc..)- leasing & operation (also includ. team structure)

KWG Property Holding Limited is a Hong Kong listed real estate company, head office based at Guangzhou CBD. I'm currentaly (mainly) foucus on overall shopping center development projects and operation management (incld. Beijing MCUBE, Shanghai UFUN, Suzhou UFUN, Chengdu UFUN and Guangzhou projects etc). Besides that, I also assist duty GM for leasing management tasks during daily work, as well as some of the F&B and retail tenants/anchors for different projects at KWG Property commercials.

Leasing & Operation• Manger leasing enquiries of leasing with different agents and prospects, maintain a good record of potential prospect enquiries• Prepares LOI (Letter of Intent) and negotiation of leasing terms with different prospected tenants.• Organizes operation management in daily.• Liaises with technical and building management teams on tenant fit-out and owner renovation projects, maintenance and daily operations.• Reviews monthly arrears reports and follow up rental payments and issue reminders to tenants on outstanding accounts• Daily site inspection of the centre and preparation of reports• Handle enquiries and complaints from tenants and co-ordinate with technical staff.• Collection of market data, preparation of research & analysis• Manage clients/tenants daily operation in TKH (e.g. collection of monthly sales report, consolidation on budgeting)
