REPRESENTATIVE PROJECTSThe Versailles - San Mateo, CAPublic street and site improvements designed for a sixty-one unit senior condominium complex, including work on adjacent State Highway 82, El Camino Real. Mills-Peninsula Hospital - Burlingame, CA A new 383 bed hospital, medical office building and parking garage constructed on a 26 acre site. Responsible for design of on site and off site utility systems, and approvals from Caltrans in adjacent State Route 82.Chiron Life Sciences Center - Emeryville, CADesign of the public street improvements and utilities, and on-site parking, utilities, and storm drain for the new lab building and central utility plant for expansion of a 25 acre campus. Work scope included design of infrastructure elements within a highly contaminated environment.
