Maintained all assets in compliance with regulations and built a 10-year record of zero regulatory fines or penalties. • Managed and directed the Pipeline Control Center operations. PLCC responsibilities included monitoring and control of 500 miles of regulated pipeline and associated scheduling and accounting activity. Built a team and environment that contributed to an excellent incident record and in full compliance to DOT regulations. • Operations management lead for the 12-month project to develop and implement new DOT required Control Room Management Regulations. Completed all phases of the project on schedule and within budget and in full compliance with the extensive regulations
