During this time Dell Australia outsourced my role to Penang, Malaysia where I was part of a team of 10 whom produced marketing communications materials and collateral remotely for Dell Australia and New Zealand Home and Small Business segment. 1) Marcom Production - I specifically worked on daily transactional marcom (Free Standing Insertions, Newspaper and radio). We supported the accuracy of the information going out to customers via the Playbook central information system. 2) Agency Management - I worked closely with 2 types of agency partners; (1) media partners whom will take the final and approved version to market, (2) the creative agency whom supports the changes and instructions. 3) Process automation improvement - I worked on a process to improve timely delivery of the marcom out to market by monthly template approvals by the Marketing Director. This process reduced the turnaround time of above the line ads to 48hours. Saving approximately 20 man hours per week.
