The Springfield surrounding area includes Republic, Billings, Nixa, Ozark, Clever, Willard, Mt Vernon. Basically, Greene, Lawrence, Christian and Webster counties. And I have been a MultiMillion Dollar producer each year in the business.

Led a team in the planning and implementation of a comprehensive Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) and Mission Essential Infrastructure Asset (MEI) Protection plan. Insured that national information technology programs were in compliance with Presidential Decision Directives, NIST, Federal and agency policies, such as PDD-63 and HSPD-12. Worked to create an interlocking framework of security policies, guidelines and procedures as gleaned from Federal Laws and regulations to establish an enterprise IT security infrastructure for ED. Serving as the program lead, led the Dept. in the creation of a Critical Infrastructure Protection program that was recommended by OMB as a model. Guided the Department's Business Continuity Planning and Continuity of Operations Plan efforts. My efforts resulted in the Department receiving one of the highest grades for 3 consecutive years on the Federal IT Security Report from Congress. In my absence, they received 2 consecutive "F" grades. My Certification and Accreditation efforts obviously worked.I provided guidance and ensured that all contracts/contractors and Contracting Officer Representatives adhered to all security related issues in ED and included applicable language in their contracts to ensure compliance with GISRA, NIST, OMB A-130, etc. During my tenure, IT was removed as a "Reportable Condition" to Congress and ED received a "B" grade. In my absence, it has reverted to failing or near failing and has returned to an OMB "Reportable Condition." Insured that all Contractors, employees and consultants met requisite security clearance requirements and worked with other Federal Cabinet-level agencies in the implementation efforts to achieve a Common Identification Standard throughout the Federal government.
