Including trades such as: Electricians, Plumbers, Carpenters, Welders, Technicians, General operatives as well as specialist trades including; Floor, Wall and Ceiling finishes, Mechanical ventilation, Refrigeration and IT installation.* Development, design and implementation of bespoke finishes for Service Counters using a variety of materials such as; timber (veneers and hardwoods), laminates, granite, quartz, composite stone, marble, stainless steel, mild steel, aluminium, glass, powder coating and LED lighting. Working to tolerances of less than 5mm.* “Turnkey” fit out management of complete client units including commercial kitchen and restaurant areas. Effectively taking an empty shell and fully managing all aspects of the building works and fit out, including furniture selection and design.* Advanced knowledge of Mechanical Air Handling and the use of UV-C technology specific to Commercial Kitchens; I am a key member in the advancement of the in-house design and implementation of such technology within extraction canopies.* Detailed knowledge of grease and food waste, management and disposal systems.* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook.* Excellent knowledge of drafting software including AutoCAD, AutoCAD LT and Google Sketch up. Some additional knowledge in render packages.* Digital publishing skills and web design using Microsoft FrontPage, Dreamweaver CS5 and Photoshop CS5.
