Will be responsible for leading the technical project management team to realize Meta's long-term strategy for the metaverse. This includes driving the development of environments, avatars and content, enabling cross-collaboration between Reality Labs and applications such as Facebook.

Create and implement strategies to improve the tools used by Meta's global operations team and content reviewers.Independently manage global initiatives to scale.Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally to align priorities across operational, product, and engineering stakeholders across the company.Influence organizational decisions and roadmaps to optimize the tool user experience.Define the operational processes for our systems to maintain a stable, consistent environment.Serve as a trusted advisor to partners in developing and prioritizing comprehensive, data-driven tool improvement plans.Focus on long-term impact by creating sustainable business practices for the tools used within the organization.

Develop new holographic experiences in Meta's projects. This includes developing code components for the product's server, system and back-end architecture.Requirements for the position include three years of experience in the software engineering industry, as well as experience with elastic and scalable services, connected applications, and distributed systems.

Assist in building the technologies needed to bring digital humans into virtual worlds. You will design, create and test virtual reality based tools.
