Manage and direct staff on $3.7 Billion dollar project with regard to all fleet and equipment requirements. Strategic Consulting, including business plan and business strategy development for this project or others in Australia as requested. Manage day to day operations of fleet requirement of three project locations with a total of 145 vehicles and 11 cranes at various locations at the site. Responsible for the interface with Fluor management to ensure reliability of the fleet to decrease any downtime does not affect the schedule. Ensure preventive maintenance is completed as per our contractual agreement with Fluor as it regards to the vehicles and cranes. All records are maintained electronically with Ameco and hard copies on the site. Manage inventory levels as per corporate guidelines. Meet or exceeded corporate goals and objectives for the site.

Manage profit and loss for all operations projects executed in Jamaica, Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico Effectively direct business to meet corporate goals related to ROAE, EBIT, balance sheet management and cash flow goals. Interface with Business development to establish strategic goals and emerging markets that will diversify our base. Up sell existing customers of other services that Ameco can provide. Oversee multiple operations located across Jamaica, a total of eight operations centers which Include customer service, warehousing, fleet maintenance, and procurement. Ensure compliance to all AMECO established processes and procedures. Develop and improve bench strength and succession through training, coaching, and sourcing. Maintain proper fleet levels to support projected business needs. Work in conjunction with Asset Management to dispose of surplus assets and maximize gain and return opportunities. Maintain and support Ameco’s safety programs and standards. Direct the implementation of Ameco’s customer satisfaction process with all qualified clients in Jamaica.
