Bring more than 30 years experience with projects including the Hoover Dam Bypass and the Grand Canyon Colorado River Management Plan Environmental Impact Statements I have served as Principal-in-Charge or Project Manager for the environmental permitting and construction compliance monitoring for more that 50 square miles of renewable energy development.Expertise includes National Environmental Policy Act documentation and compliance, Endangered Species consultation, and Clean Water Act Section 404 permitting.I frequently teach workshops on environmental permitting and has presented "Keeping Environmental Permits off the Critical Path" to "US Army Corps 404 Permitting for Beginners" at American Public Works Association annual conferences.
