Ken has overall responsibility for supporting the sales and recruiting efforts of all Madden Industrial locations. He has extensive experience in the temporary services industry, serving as the Vice President for Sales and Marketing for Madden Industrial Craftsmen since 1988. Prior to joining MICI, Ken was a sales representative for a major food distributor and for a long distance telephone carrier, where he was recognized for excellence in sales and customer support.Ken is very active in the staffing industry, having served as President of the Staffing Association of Oregon and Southwest Washington; on the Advisory Committee for welding technology and construction management at Portland Community College, as an Advisor to the Austin Family Business Program at Oregon State University; on the loss prevention and claims review committee of the Liberty Contractors Group; and as an Advisor and Guest Speaker on Human Resource issues for the Oregon Metals Summit. He is also a member of the American Staffing Association, National Association of Placement Services, United Employers Association, National Safety Council and Association of General Contractors. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Oregon State University and is a Certified Personnel Consultant.Specialties: Certified Personnel Consultant, Certified Temporary-Staffing specialist.
