Task scheduling includes ROW Preparation and maintenance, piling, structure assembly and erection, stringing and commissioning. Coordination with contractors and ATCO Electric Distribution for outage coordinationEngineering and Construction Planning/Scheduling & Cost Control Supervisor for Department of Defense Pueblo Chemical Agent-Destruction Pilot Plant (PCAPP) Project in Colorado and Planning for the Hanna Region Transmission Development (HRTD) Project expanding the power supply for the Province of Alberta, Canada.

While starting my General Contracting/Construction Company, between 2004 to 2006 I had the unique and invaluable experience to have worked with some of top Mechanical Engineers and construction defects experts in the Country. At Bailey Engineering I was taught learned the science, engineering and construction principles behind the cause of interior mold growth and subsequent indoor environmental hazards to building occupants. After reaching the Certified Indoor Environmentalist (CIE) position, I was responsible for investigations whereby my job was to identify and help solve Building Envelope component and building system (i.e., roof systems, wall systems, HVAC systems) failures. Additionally, I was responsible for the subsequent written protocols specifying safe methods to remedy the cause, eliminate the hazards and restore the building and its indoor environment to its intended purpose for safe occupancy. I performed building and site investigations, visual observations,air sampling, relative humidity readings and analysis with laboratory results of microbial air samplings and findings to then collaborate with my colleagues for solutions to unique building problems. Additional analysis included: water testing of building systems such as windows, window-walls and associated components affected by either natural disasters/Hurricanes/wind driven rains/defective materials and/or poor or negligent construction installations.

Responsibilities included the successful rough-in, temporary finals and Final Inspections for Certificate of Occupancy.

Superintendent, responsible for understanding and implementing the terms and conditions of the Prime Contract agreement requirements for the construction of and the installation of the work as performed by Subcontractors for the following projects: Abacoa Town Center Apartments (29 buildings including clubhouse and pool), Jupiter Yacht Club mid-rise condominiums (The Point and Admiral Buildings) including: interior layout, Mechanical (HVAC and Plumbing and Fire Sprinkler) Electrical, windows,doors and interior finishes. Responsibilities included the successful rough-in, temporary finals and Final Inspections for Certificate of Occupancy.

Superintendent on new residential development (36 - 3 story apartment buildings, clubhouse 2 pools) directly responsible for Subcontractor installation of the contracted work including: interior layout, Mechanical (HVAC and Plumbing and Fire Sprinkler) Electrical, windows,doors and interior finishes. Responsibilities included the successful rough-in, temporary finals and Final Inspections for Certificate of Occupancy. Project Manager for the Health Care Facility at Devonshire (Assistant PM for the entire development)Responsible for writing all subcontracts in accordance with design documents and Prime Contract requirements, Managing day to day operations of the new 104 bed Skilled Nursing Facility/Assisted Living and Alzheimer's units. Directly working with the project Owners's, design team and State of Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) and achieving the successful and timely completion of all intermediate and final inspections of the installed work.

Project Engineer for the new construction of: Hollywood Memorial Hospital expansion new 7 story Medical Office Building and new 5 level parking structure and the Miami International Airport Concourse H demolition and reconstruction improvement project. Main responsibilities focused on Estimating//Cost Control and Scheduling and coordinating the work for reinforced concrete, structural steel framing (and encasements), stainless steel exterior panels and storefronts, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Sprinkler systems coordinating with Engineers and Architects of record and with subcontractors installations. Assuring installations were in compliance with drawings and specifications local codes and in good quality to Field Engineering control lines and subsequent interior finishes.

Estimating and scheduling for Department of Defense / Polaris Missile Facility Atlantic (Goose Creek South Carolina)in response to the damages to the missile and related facilities from Hurricane Hugo of 1989. The project was limited specifically for the these missile facilities for the readiness of the Gulf War of 1991.
