Nutrecycle is a small company based in Iowa, and we work in the industrial recycling business with focuses in food, feed, fertilizer, fuel, chemicals, plastics, road salt and biofuels. We specialize in locating the best logistical market for “out of the ordinary” recyclable materials. Nutrecycle has several associates/partners which allows us to work on many different projects around the United States, Canada and the world. Our associates specialize in different areas, along with importing and exporting various materials and products. One example of a product being exported is Cavendish bananas from the Arabian Sea to the Atlantic and up to the Baltic Sea. Our bananas are purchased direct from the growers by our grower/representative on the ground. We were fortunate to find them and grateful to be working together on this project. Our company formed in 1990 focusing in the feed and food recycling business, but eventually branched out into other markets to fulfill the needs of our customers. Nutrecycle is celebrating over 26 years of business and we look forward to many more successful years of finding alternatives for disposal or reuse of materials. Sold feed products to livestock owners, mostly swine feed.

Family business in charge of multiple farming and livestock operations. Over 5,000 acres under tillage/irrigation and over 200,000 head of hogs sold to every packing plant west of the Mississippi River, with livestock feeding operations in five states. Implemented necropsy procedures by onsite managers, implemented stress related feeding, and handling of the incoming livestock in each state. This livestock operation was the largest custom swine feeding business in the United States at that time.
