Provide IT expertise to the Criminal Justice Services Division during their transition from a number of disparate applications to a set of consolidated core applications to be used across Police Scotland.

• Managed senior stakeholder engagement across Grampian Data Sharing Partnership, providing Child Protection Messaging (CPM) and Electronic Single Shared Assessment (eSSA).• Co-ordinated activities on the various 3rd party applications identified to provide CPM and eSSA including overseeing the procurement of a suitable bespoke eSSA application for NHS Grampian.

• BA and PM assistance to Data Sharing Managers (DSM’s) and Data Sharing Partnerships (DSP’s) across the data sharing development work area.• Individual DSP requirements drove the tasks covering a range of activities including PM support, provision of expert business analysis, business acceptance definition, change management and testing.

• Customer-facing business lead, managed the co-ordination of multiple parties to manage data and software transfer between 3rd party suppliers, from Logica’s Bridgend data centre to GT.• Co-ordinated the distribution of software in line with an agreed divestiture plan.

• Responsible for managing the billing component of the O2 Airwave programme, ensuring the billing thread delivered its contractual requirements and maintained cross-stream obligations, while remaining inside tight budget guidelines. • Close client contact together with a clear reporting process helped maintain a tight grip on the development phase while providing support to remaining programme work streams. • Successfully delivered billing components for Customer User Testing for client acceptance and to the test team for Functional Acceptance Testing as agreed on the project plan.

• Provided a seamless transition and kept a positive approach whilst in an awkward position, made more so by the application of TUPE to team members.• Managed the successful transition of support and development tasks to replacement provider, while maintaining an existing level of support.
