Camvac is one of the world's largest single site metallisation, in-vacuum coating and lamination operations. Camvac is a leading solution provider in each of it's chosen markets, be it Liquid Packaging, Fresh Food, Processed Food, Industrial and Conversion.My role is to develop new high margin products working with new and existing clients throughout Europe and the US. Key areas of interest are high barrier materials for speciality markets. These include vacuum insulation panels, warm edge bar technology for double and triple glazed windows, bank notes, solar PV, board lamination, insulation, medical, construction, packaging and various other market sectors.Success has been measured by sales being in excess of budget and company margin increasing beyond expectation due to positive added value mix of products I develop and new customers in my portfolio.

LLFLEX is the premier supplier of laminated metal - aluminium and steel, polymer, paper, and film products offering industry-leading quality and global reachLLFlex - previously Reynolds and Alcoa - manufacture and supply both adhesive and extrusion laminated Aluminium foil, polymer and paper for various industry sectors including flexible packaging, insulation facers, cable tape/wrap and tobacco liner foils.I had full control of the European business for LLFlex interacting with both Key accounts and developing new clients. Since starting the sales (real potential) pipeline has increased to over $113m from a zero initial position. Sales increased by $20m over a 2 year period. The plant in the US is now full and has no capacity. Clients include many multi national, complex and FSTE 100 companies including Kingspan, Saint Gobain, Knauf, Celotex, GE, Telefonica, Corning. Extensive international travel sees me interacting from the shop floor to board level decision makers.

Promoted to manage and develop all the European Key accounts within the Novelis Europe foil business.These accounts were worth €67m in annual revenue and required product supplied from and to multiple European locations.

Based in the UK I managed major aluminium foil clients throughout Europe while developing new business. I increased both turnover and profitability whilst in this role with @£55m of sales per annum.I managed the clients needs by utilising my team of technical and customer service staff to deliver both what the customer and Novelis required.
