Responsible for cross-partner strategy/consistency, new feature-definition, visual design, product research, market-alignment, user-satisfaction, and strategic partner management ensuring seamless software performance across disparate hardware platforms.Successfully managed the COVID crisis, both from a team management / culture / process perspective, and from a core-business operations standpoint, successfully rolling-out our new 360L Hybrid (Sat+IP) Connected Car Product across nearly all major automotive manufacturers, resulting in improved CSAT and subscription rate (ensuring no net loss of subscribers during the pandemic despite the covid-related macro-downturn in the automotive sector overall).
