He has built a successful and verifiable track record improving performance through Lean practices and Innovation. Ken has held leadership and consulting positions in business development, finance, manufacturing, operations and product development providing strategies for creating lean and profitable organizations. Mr. Pearson has held senior level positions in aerospace, alternative energy and medical enterprises. He has worked in multiple acquisitions and investment deals leading to positive share holder performance for companies he was employed or contracted. Prior, he formed a strong foundation over a 12 year period working as a problem solving engineer on the manufacture of aerospace products. He has been involved in all aspects of the company and product development cycle including technology assessment, intellectual property creation, conceptual and detailed design, prototype fabrication, manufacturing process development, production and testing and growing revenue.Mr Pearson is also a co-inventor of 11 issued patents in electronics, energy, fuel cell and hydrogen generation technology.
