Generate and follow through on all packaging and packaging equipment change control requests. Evaluate any packaging material quality defects or deviations including any deviations or corrective actions. Design, specify and procure packaging machinery to support expanded business growth and operational needs. Draft required user requirements and functional specifications and manage any related FAT/SAT activities. Create test plans and perform testing and evaluation of packaging designs. Identify new packaging technologies/suppliers and identify cost savings opportunities.
